Overview
You would like to download the latest or a previous version of Aurea Process (aka CX Process / Savvion / SBM). You might also be interested in the latest or previous version of product documentation (Installation Guide, Release Notes, Supported Platforms, Business Manager Guides, etc).
Solution
To get any version of the Aurea Process installers shared with you, you will need to create a request to our Support Team mentioning which product and which version you need. To use Aurea Process, you will need a software license and if you don't already have one, please reach out to your Account Manager to request a license.
The documentation for Aurea Process is installed with the product, but you can also download the latest (or previous) version's documentation from the Worx portal in the Aurea Integration Solutions Hub section under the Process Documentation sub-section.

Documentation Request
In case product documentation is requested, just provide the direct Worx link of the requested document (eg. Aurea Process Business Manager Installation Guide 2021 R2)
Installer Request
When a customer requests an installer there is no additional validation needed before we provide the installers (if they don't have a valid license key, the software will not work).
Follow these steps to share the installers with the customer:
- Download the required version from the Savvion Archive Releases folder
- If user and password are requested to log in, provide your AD credentials
- You need to be connected to Central VPN.
- Request a Central SFTP
- Upload the installer to the SFTP
- Share the SFTP details with the customer.
